I’ve been at Veryan Medical for about two months now and I have to say that it’s been a fascinating time so far.
I spent my first few weeks here completing mandatory training, writing up inventory, and all the other stuff nobody else really wants to do, which I guess is part of the intern life. Although it may sound boring, I was interested in learning about how the company runs, the facilities and equipment available to the employees, and all the activities I might undertake during my time here.

At the start of this year, I started on an exciting but nerve-wracking journey as an intern at Veryan Medical. As the first glimpse at the working world, I was a tad nervous about how I would fit in. My worries, however, disappeared quickly as I found a very warm and welcoming environment. It was lovely that everyone – from colleagues to managers – was extremely friendly and eager to help whenever I had questions or needed help.
